Travel 2 hours journey in15 minutes...New Expressway in Development...Relaxation for Delhi/NCR

The people who mostly travel from Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida and Faridabad their journey is going to be much easier in future as now another new expressway is going to be constructed in order to add better means of easy travel from one city to another. The construction of the new expressway would lead to great convenience for the people who are traveling from Delhi to Noida or Greater Noida and Faridabad daily. The most special thing about the expressway is that the travel time between all the four cities would be reduced from two hours to 15 minutes.

It was also being told that the people of Delhi NCR are going to get an option regarding the Delhi Airport that is soon from the Jewar Airport that is to be built in Noida. However there are various expressways and highways are being built in order to connect to the said cities; the Faridabad Jewar Expressway is also being included in the list. Further from the expressway the distance from Ballabgarh to the Jewar Airport can be covered in a period of 15 minutes. However this is the predicted future time currently the travel time is two hours only.

The new expressway that is being constructed would be into the six lanes and the distance would be reduced from 90 km to just 31 km. This is huge development work that has already been started as per the National Highways Authority; the project might get completed till June 2025, it was being started constructing in June 2023. The total cost of the project is 2414.67 crores. As per the reports the said expressway would also connect towards the Delhi Mumbai Highway, Yamuna Expressway Kundli Ghaziabad Palwal that is the Eastern Peripheral Expressway and the Western Peripheral Expressway.

As the project would be completed by next year, the commercial as well as industrial developments are likely to be increased as well as the route connects both Faridabad as well as Gurgaon directly towards the Jewar Airport. As per the estimates the Faridabad Jewar expressway is considered as very important because after the completion of construction, the prices of the real estate in the villages as well as other areas nearby might get increased by 40 percent. Various people including Manoj Gaur, the president of CREDAI NCR and CMD of Gaur Group and Uddhav Poddar, Managing Director of Bhumika Group have provided their positive opinions.
